"Refund took a bit, but it was all fine"
I had to return a shower tray because I’d ordered the wrong size, totally my mistake. Sterlingbuild processed the refund once they’d received it back, and it took a few days, maybe around a week. Not instant, instant, but there wasn’t any hassle really, so I’m happy enough with it. 4 stars.

"Easy order, no hassle"

Ordered a few bits and they arrived way sooner than I thought they would, which was totally fine and definitely not weirdly satisfying. No hassle, no chasing anything up, delivery was right on point. I’d happily use them again.

"Pretty good quality, just one little mark??"
I ordered some building bits and they were better than I expected?? Everything felt solid and not like cheap flimsy stuff. One of the panels did have a tiny mark on it, but it wasn’t a big deal and I ended up using it anyway. Overall I’m happy with it and I’d probably give it 4 stars.

I had a few questions before placing my order and the person I spoke to sorted everything out really quickly. They were friendly, straight to the point, and didn’t make it a hassle. I’d definitely use them again, though I’m hoping they might offer a small discount or credit next time as a bit of goodwill.

"Better delivery experience than I expected"
I was expecting the usual delivery hassle where you end up chasing updates or waiting around all day, but this was really straightforward. Sterlingbuild kept me updated, the delivery arrived when they said it would, and everything turned up in good condition. The driver was friendly enough too, which always helps. No stress, no messing about, I’d happily use them again

I ordered from sterlingbuild.co.uk and was really pleased with how well everything was packed. The box was neat, nothing was dented or damaged, and all the bits inside were properly protected. It meant I could get on with the job straight away without having to deal with returns or replacements. No complaints at all.
